| eh?
02/03 was perhaps the best version ever (short of 01/02).
I havent played Fm2007 at all and only had a small experience of Fm2006 , peferring EHM as it had the nice simple old interface I like.

Won't this be the first proper 3D engine though as in the nothing is preset...or something like that. I seem to remember SI Marc saying the Fifa engine was not real time.
| So will you have to watch the whole match if it isnt preset. That would be a bit boring wouldnt it

The match engine in 3-D, now shows players jostling for position with the opposition, sliding in for tackles as well as keepers diving for the ball, adding to the realistic depiction of the match on the pitch. Furthermore following on from its debut appearance in Championship Manager 2007, ProZone is back as a fully integrated Post Match Analysis tool which isolates the key factors that decided the result of your game and provides you with the knowledge to act on the match incidents and strengthen your team for the next fixture.
| No mention of it being proper 3D? Just sounds like they've tried to improve it.
More competition for FM would be good, don't expect this to be any better than the rest of their CMs though.

Yeah so seeing what FM is now like, competition wouldn't be the worse thing. Shame it'll never come from this but still.
Basically GBS correct.

I admit I don't really know what I'm on about! We'll have to wait for more details.

be interested to see how the 3D engine works, has been dull, repetitive and poorly animated in any other game that's tried it (afaik). don't expect it to be much cop at all (either the 3D engine or the game) but it would be good to get a genuine competitor on the market - don't understand why anyone would expressly want it to be gash.
