Depends what type of functions you use... However, considering your old phone is a jurassic, an N95 probably has loads of features you won't use... A basic phone like the K850i is probably a better fit
If you want something with an open platform and expandable functionality then a smartphone, or 'multimedia' computer is the way to go.
