That looks great, noslenwerd! Maybe you should do a tute although how one would teach something basically rooted in anarchy is beyond me!

Default Graffiti Tutorial?

While i have this open...

I am making a sig for the car forum im on 'clubrsx.com'

And i want to make it look like graffiti sprayed on the wall, ill have no problem doin that, but what about making it look like my car is sprayed on the wall? I already have it chopped, and i know ill need to lower the opacity, But how can i make the car look 'sprayed'? I'm guessing displace filter would be best? Problem is I'm not to good at using it yet..

Thanks Welles

Here's a different way to go about it that will be fairly simple.

Put the car on one layer and use a second layer for the background color you will want the wall to be. A third layer for your text.

Now use the Filter Gallery and manipulate the car with the Artistic filters until you get something that looks like it might have been painted. Do the same with your text. Flatten the image and use the Filter > Texture > Texturizer, probably twice.

When you use the Texturizer, it only comes with a couple of presets in the menu but you can load images for texture maps. If you loaded your Photosop up with the presets which are included on the install disk, you will find a bunch of texture images in the libraries. I used the Presets > Textures for Lighting Effects > Stucco 2 on my first pass and then used Bricks from the same library on the second pass.

Don't know about the example posted, but as far as colouring goes, you can throw a stack of colour onto a layer, either with a soft brush or just a bunch of coloured shapes. Next, type your text and place it below the coloured layer and group.

This method works best for the airbrushed grafitti look.
