i bought a laptop from them a few years back, the guy just wouldnt let it go with the extra warranty, he offered to throw in a free case and mouse and blank cds if i went with it, he kept at me for a solid half hour before giving up.
then about a week later, the laptop wasnt reading discs, the drive was giving trouble, took it straight back and got a brand new one. never had to go back to them again so cant tell you what the customer service is like, likewise, my bro had a
prob with a tower he bought from them (or rather i got him one for xmas), they swapped it, never had to go back again.
but i did hear of a few people who did buy a pc, they asked for my advice, i told them stay away cause customer service sucks, go to dell dell, they didnt listen, and then came crying to me about how the customer service was crap and if i could help them
