General quality of life and distinct lack of earthquakes, volcanoes and tropical storms - most Western Europe countries.
I want however to live in Spain. Though long term, planning to move to Canada.

Really can't see how anyone can blindly call their country the 'best' when:

It doesn't have free healthcare
People are having to fight to keep creationism out of biology classes
It's the only developed country with the death penalty
Has the highest homicide rate among developing countries, 40% of which are committed using firearms
Still has endemic racial division
The political system is bullshit
The head of state...well...won't even go there

Fwiw, I don't think the UK is the best country. Probably somewhere like Switzerland.
