No idea. I was going to suggest 'doing an experiment', i.e. I go away for five minutes and see if I'm still on the online now bit. But I quite want to post on here in the next five minutes, there's not much in it for me and I'm essentially quite selfish, so someone else will have to or you'll never find out.
My computer screwed up the other day, had a few web pages disappear from my screen, one of which was otf.
After a shower I brought up task manager to get the page back again and wondered if my username would still be in the online bit considering a) I thought I lost the page and b) I was "inactive" for around 20-30mins.
Thought it might be foolish to ask someone as it might be one of those easy answers which will make me look like a silly billy.
