He added: "He was sick of it and went to the door and exposed himself. He accepts that would have disturbed the children."

Andrews, who lives alone after his mum's death, was bailed for reports.

you're a nudist. You walk around in your house nude ets.

You get trick or treated and answer the door naked.

Is that allowed/exposure or what?

his property, surely he has the right? then again that woman was done for sunbathing in her own back yard because it was visible from next door. So I guess if he's visible from anywhere outside of his property then it's not allowed.
