Default Simple maths question.

If something has gone from 48 to 70 how do I find the percentage increase, and what is the formula?

Must have done this so many times at college, but completely forgotten the formula.

Thanks.

(78-40)/40
This is the percentage increase.

(Final value - Initial Value)/Initial Value
