How many hours sleep do you get?
I normaly get about five hours sleep. I should get more I guess but I can never get to sleep if I go about 10.

depends, sometimes 5, sometimes 12, or somewhere in between.

Usually around 9-10 but then again i don't usually get up until around midday.

Going to try and aim for 8 hours a night. At the moment body clock is all over the place and needs sorting tbh.

um I'm kinda weird recently. I sleep 6 or 7 hours and also sleep half an hour early evening.
