A heck of a lot more on weekends, except when I'm rostered on for 9am.

7-8 during the week, probably 8-10 during the weekend, depends if I've gone out and got hammered.

7 hours and I'm fine.

However the more I exercise, the easier it is both ways. It gives me energy for the day, and at night time it helps me get much better quality sleep than without.

usually at least 7 hours in the week, and even then thats not enough, but i have too much stuff to do to go to bed earlier.

at the weekend, its usually still 7-8 hours, just i goto bed 2 to 3 hours later.

Normally 6-7, thats about ok i think.

Does anybody else not go to bed, even when they're tired beacuse it means just getting up for work again? Most nights i reckon i could go to sleep about 9, but i don't beacuse it would simply mean work again, s i stay up till around 12. Its a daft mentality.

6-7 in bed, but I usually sleep on the train on the way to work as well.

I've become quite adept at getting on at Haywards Heath, getting a seat, reading the Metro then falling asleep and waking up at Blackfriars, two stops and 5 minutes before I have to get off.

Get to work and have a coffee and toast, and then I'm sorted for the day.

I got about 4 hours sleep last night. Pretty normal for a Sunday night for me though. Monday to Thursday I'll usually get around 5-6 hours per night, and then Friday and Saturday I usually get 10-12 hours, unless I've stuff to do on Saturdays.

between 5 and 6 most nights, though I probably have one night in 5 or so when I'll end up feeling much more tired than usual in the evening and go to be a couple of hours earlier.

six or seven at night, and another hour or so in the late afternoon.

5 is an average night, 6 on a good night. If I get 8 hours then it's a miracle.
