Usually about 8-10, still feel knackered when I wake up. Should sort that out.

I try to get at least 7 hours, otherwise I just feel awful for most of the day.

if I get at least 6 then I'm fine, any more than 9 is wrong.

5 hours is usually my minimum. Rarely get more than 6-7.

about 2 til half 8 when i'm working.
2 til 11ish when i'm not.

Usually around 7 maybe 8 during the week due to work, and a little longer at weekends.
Had a 12 hr kip on Sat/Sunday :cool:

Between 5 & 6 hours during the week. A lot more on Weekends.
