I've just woken up after 16 hours sleep. But that was just a lack of sleep catching up with me.

Usually i need between 9 and 12 hours if possible.

I usually make do with 4-4.5, works for up to a month at a time at which point I get some 8 hours for 2-3 nights.

I work a strict rotation, 3 days on, 3 days off. 12 hours per day.

When I'm at work, it's about 5 hours per night. For example I've been at work on Sunday, and I'm at work for 8am this morning too. So even if I go to bed now I'll still only get 6 hours sleep. More likely, I'll not go to bed for another hour though.

On my days off though, I sleep until I can sleep no more. I normally get at least 9 or 10 hours per day then.

As much as I want, but its usually around 7-9 hours. More in weekends.
