Nowhere near as much as I should. Generally 4-5 a night during the week which I try to beef up to 10 or so on the weekend to catch up. This usually works out ok, or had been until I started running my theatre company, most of which I do on the weekends so I can't sleep in. It's really been wearing me down...

0-2 hours a night.
More often than not it'll be a run of 2-3 days where i'll have nothing but 15 minutes lying in bed with my eyes closed followed by a day where I crash out and pick up 12-14 hours.
