What did you want to be when you were a youngster ?
Question is with regards to what you wanted to do as job, when you were a kid. Did you actually realise your dream or does it look a bit daft, looking back ?
I remember as a youngster wanting to be a train driver. I was really fascinated by locos, particularly those that operated in my local area such as these. However the interest wasn't maintained and that dream was realised for me. However when I see a loco such as this, I still remember the feeling I had back then.

I wanted to be a journalist, although that changed about 15-16 when I realised what a bunch of coniviing, lying barstewards they really are, all in the name of a 'good story.' Meeting Jeff Powell put me off of the career for good.

The first thing I remember I wanted to be was an archeologist. Probably after a visit to the natural history museum. obviously glad i didnt now as its not as glamorous as Indiana Jones would have me believe

Always wanted to be a footballer. Used to go to bed every night and try and dream about me heading in the winner for Norwich in the FA Cup final at Wembley.
Gave up playing at 16 when I realised I was sh!t.

Genuinely the job I'm doing now (setting odds for football matches).
There's this game called Escalado where you attach a racecourse thing to a table and then turn a wheel so that the horses go along, you need a load of people around to bet on it. I was always the bookmaker
