Toying with buying an ipod atm. Want a 80 gig classic , but will I have to use Itunes or is there anyway I can keep Winamp?
haha fair enough for owning up to that, no beef intended
am sure I read/heard somewhere that the latest version of winamp comes with ipod support without the need for an extra plugin, but as I am still using v2.91 I am not completely certain
Point blank refuse to use Itunes , just hogs too much resources , and winamp looks pretty sitting above my taskbar. Windows Media Player not even an option .

at what point did I say my brain is unable to cope with the itunes software?
you didn't; it was an assumption on my part. the fact that your brain is unable to cope with the concept of assumption does not in any way lead me to suspect I was mistaken </BLOCKQUOTE>
