I have those, although nowhere near as bad as the pictures on the wiki link.

A while ago I managed to get myself worried about them, and eventually plucked up the courage to go to the local STD clinic. After the indignity of flopping my nob out in front of a doctor's discerning gaze he told me I was wasting his time and there was nothing wrong. Then he made me have an HIV test. Weird experience overall.
