| I expect they'll have them on the interactive channels, can't see them going on BBC1 or BBC2. They may try and launch a sport channel I guess but there's been nothing mooted so far afaik.
As for the highlights, it clearly says they'll be on the internet, and it does just say goals, so I expect that you'll just have to go to your club page on bbc.co.uk and select the last match.

they're not going to pay what is presumably a decent amount of cash just to stick these games on interactive, surely.
early kick-off on a saturday on BBC1 with Football Focus leading in would work fine, could shift it to BBC2 if it clashes with something like the Six Nations. evening kickoff on a saturday on BBC2 will work fine most weeks, as would a lunchtime kickoff on a sunday on both channels. pretty sure they could juggle the schedule to fit in a 3/4pm sunday game on either channel as well.
it's not like the Beeb have rights to much high-profile sport now, certainly not on a regular basis, and their sunday schedule in particular hardly contains anything that can't be shifted about to suit.

they don't have to consider advertising revenues, so they aren't really after recouping their money as such, it's about providing a service, I can't see that many people watching football league football on tv, they might stick a regular spot somewhere on BBC2 for it, but if the games are irregular then it makes more sense to have them on interactive rather than moving other programs to fit it in.
BBC is putting more and more sport on interactive, not just in combination with them being shown on terrestrial but sometimes instead of.

they don't have to consider ad revenues, no. they do have to consider whether it's really worth spending a load of licence-fee cash on something they then stick on a minority channel.
the sport they're sticking on interactive is neither as expensive as this deal will doubtless have been, nor as easy to accomodate in the schedules - snooker for example with sessions that go on for hours, or women's football that no-one is arsed about.

by 2009 though everyone should have interactive tv, and as such anyone who wants to watch it will have access to it, it shouldn't matter which channel it's on, it should still get around the same audience. It's just makes more sense to put the irregular shows, like sport on interactive, whilst the regular shows keep their spots on BBC1 or BBC2.

which regular, must-watch shows do the BBC carry on saturday lunchtimes, saturday early evening, sunday lunchtime and sunday afternoon? bar something like strictly come dancing and shows of that ilk on bbc1 on a saturday, and maybe the eastenders omnibus on a sunday (which could be moved a couple of hours earlier, as it regularly has been before), what other shows do they have in those timeslots that are going to get more viewers?

maybe you're right, weekend schedules are quite flexible anyway, but I still wouldn't be surprised if they were shown on interactive.

They've got 10 games a season, they will be shown on saturday / sunday afternoon during what used to be grandstand when there's sod all sport to show they have the rights for
They only have to show one every 3 or 4 weeks to fit 10 in a season

wouldn't surprise me if they ran a highlights package on interactive. would be a bizarre decision to show live games on it after spending loads on the rights to them.
