I had a Greek-Australian girlfriend who'd had implants removed.
I never pried too deeply, she had nice breasts and that was good enough for me

Although she had been left with quite ugly scars

I have to agree with Beffrey's comments about mentality.
She had a fantastic figure - she had a full-length poster of Elle MacPherson on her wardrobe and she could proudly stand next to it! - so I really don't know why she ever felt the need to have implants?
But she was rather vain, extroverted and high-maintenance.
Not the qualities to settle down with

my problem with the girl who decides to get a boob job (insert qualifier) isn't the insecurity. i can live with insecurity. it's the step from "my breasts could be more attractive" to "i know, i'm going to get a boob job!" which bothers me in a way i could explain if i were more articulate.

Real every time for me, although I've never felt false breasts. I can understand those lasses who do it, because they are quite flat chested. As for lasses who already have a good size then going out and get a boost.... makes you wonder why ? Fake breasts also seem to be pretty much the norm/required in the p0rn industry - particularly America. Some of the porn stars who've had jobs done just look daft. :thdn:

real or fake? that's a daft comparison. if they were the same, everyone would choose real. what you should compare is crap real ones vs nice fake ones. tougher challenge. i'd personally still go for the crap real ones. i had an ex who got it done, and it was fine. she was really unhappy with hers, so i supported her doing it. i thought they were lovely before, and lovely afterwards. made not much difference to me (except was a change, which was fun - felt like having an affair without having one!) but made a hell of a difference to her.
