being a breast man, I like them to be real really. I've never touched breast with implants, so I wouldn't know what they feel like, but the thought alone would be a major turn off.
anyway, in my social habitat, there's hardly any plastic surgery, probably none at all. they're all too (multi)cultural to be worried about breasts.
Mrs Ruud has implants. She got them this year. In fact, I paid for them cos she wanted them. They weren't necessarily to make her huge, more to "pad her out" a bit.
Honestly, they're as nice now as they were before and now that they're nearly settled you can't really tell the difference.
So real or fake? As long as they're not over the top, I'm happy that fake can be as nice as real.

I don't think fake titties are necessarily a sign of insecurity. If they were loaded and had terrible, scrawny used condoms for boobs, it wouldn't take a hideously vain person to decide to get them. Wanting to look good is not the same as having a complex.
I'd be happy with either, on a perverted enough person.
