Its says on the BBC that she appeared in Casualty as an inoffensive, slightly senile old lady.
It also says she played 'Elderly lady with Alzheimers' in 'Man about the House', and 'an eccentric, forgetful, yet lovable old dear' in 'Doctors'

Oh no, that is so sad Loved her character in Eastender and shed a tear when she died in that irrc. Reminded me a lot of my nan....
