respect to all the people in gq who said "yeah, it's just the same patch, but unzipped", because si clearly decided the one thing wrong with the patch was the fact that it was zipped, and decided to replace it with an identical unzipped version of the patch just like that
still no idea wtf si are doing, but assume that reusing the same version number for different patches is a cunning plan to keep the food on miles' table warm, or something. have no idea tbh.
Maybe they're trying to sneak out a patched patch (!) to try to make it look like they solved these problems the first time? I don't know what they're playing at really.
nah, as far as i can tell, the digital patch for north america was a bit further advanced, due to it having come out a week or so later than the european boxed patch. a few new bugs fixed, etc. si just updated the version of the euro boxed patch to download. but didn't tell anyone.
any chance of more stickys?
