mark g whilst youre here and as i know you care, my creatine has dropped to 244 (from 390 at peak) and function is up from 17 to 29. im sure this will mean something to you but essentially it means the switch of immusopresents or however its spelt appears to be working and i might not die within the next 2 years.
That's great news mate. I won't pretend the actual numbers mean a great deal to me yet, as i've not been working in Pathology for long, but i know they're going in the right direction.

I take it you're waiting for a transplant? Are they able to give you any news on the prognosis for that? </BLOCKQUOTE>

the current plan is to get as much use from the current one as they can. if things continue to improve as they have that could be literally years away so no immediate concern at the moment altho just a month or so a go it was very much priority. they reckon the best plan is to go with a live donor (dad or sister) and so that will be the next step but the longer it can be put off the better obviously. from 2 potential family matches they think its highly unlikely one of them wouldnt work out just fine so really could be a lot worse.

so yeah, really positive news for once which is nice  </BLOCKQUOTE>

Has your lifestyle been changed much, diet, alcohol etc? </BLOCKQUOTE>

not a big drinker anyway so theyve not mentioned that. been advised to cut down on high salt/potassium foods only which is easy enough.

eh? must-win means 'they must win (or they're out)'. not that they're certain to win :/

Aurelio showing just what we've been missing down the left hand side since he got injured. Done more in 12 mins than Riise has in the past 12 games.
