Hello there,

I have seen your layout and I think it's quite nice. However, I think the circle in the top middle part of the image is rather obstructing. Maybe you could do something about it?

Btw, where do you plan to put your navigation bar?

For the navigation I was gonna use css and divs for the navigation and the same thing for the main content.

Scanlines are nice but in this case I think you're abusing it (overuse). I am no expert but by looking at it it's not right to my eyes.

The stars and ball is touching the border of the image, try moving it away from the border. It seems like your border is full of magnet that's why the ball and stars are attract to it. So is the name of your website.
