Really grinds my gears. The worst one is where the guy goes 'When they have a website, but nobody to answer the phone'

Oh look, it's an everyday sort of bloke that I can identify with, he's into football, a little scatty - just like me eh, ha ha ha, and look, look, he's having an 'adult conversation' with someone about debt, that's just what I've always wanted. Oh they'll fill in all his forms, that's good, here's the wife - she's quite pretty. Hang on though, she's filming him with a video camera, what the ****'s that about? He's on the phone sorting out a major financial undertaking, woman. And now - wait a minute, he can't even remember how much he ****ing wants to borrow, the **** - "25 thou? Yeah, 25 thousand". Still, at least he likes football, just like me. I'd better phone picture.
