Dull.

If you want to ensure that you don't see these ads do one of the following:

1. Get a job that takes you out of the house between 0800 & 1800
2. Don't watch telly between 0800 & 1800 (there's nothing there for you anyway unless you like Phil and Fern and repeats of Dempsey and Makepeace)
3. see point 1.
4. Sky+ everything and then skip on through the ads.
