I think mental is an understatement for Elephant Man though some of his songs do make me laugh.

How he butchers something like the Sesame Street theme tune or makes songs like "Do The Spongebob" never ceases to amaze me.

Jah Cure and Richie Spice (brother of Pliers iirc) are also worth checking out.

Also, Docker said someone was banned from visiting the UK for homophobia.

You might have to narrow it down a bit more!
