Never bothered with SAW or Hostel. Dont really see the point in watching people get hurt/tortured for no reason...

the end of saw 4 was parellel with the end of saw 4, and the scene we saw at the beginning with the autopsy, was actually the end. we saw this again then at the end when it showed the cop listening to the tape. what happened to the detective, we dont know.

which guy was that, the only guy in saw 3 who was in this one, was jeff, the guy who lost his daughter and wife, he didnt die in saw 3, jigsaw told him that because he couldnt forgive those, then he would have to live with the fact that his daughter was lost forever,so the end of saw 4 just took that forward a bit to what happened after jigsaw died.

I would have liked to see a bit more of his storyline though rather then the 5 mins he was in it.

To be completely honest not seen Saw 3 since cinema but got them all on DVD so might have a Saw marathon weekend \o/

Such a shame we've lost Jigsaw btw, has to be my favourate Horror character....I would even put him above Hannibal...only just.

yeah i started watching saw 1 last night, will watch the rest of them.

although i find that saw 3 and 4, rely heavely on one and other, as in you need to see saw 3 before saw 4, saw 2 reference in it, with det.matthews, but saw 1 seems to have no reference in it to the 4th one, bar dr. gordon.

i just think they should of answered some questions from previous ones, cba trying to list them, i may do that later on.

Ahh right - I kind of get it now. Watched it on Friday and it took me about an hour after to get it to start clicking into place.

I finally get the whole thing now - Saw IV sets the last 2 up brilliantly.
