Portsmouth - Southampton pretty major in Pompey.
When Pompey beat them 4-1 at home and the game was on Sky, the streets were as if it was Xmas Day, completely deserted during the game.
Also SO much hatred and anger from Pompey fans to Saints fans, not so sure its the same the other way round though which makes it a bit weird.
Not being a Pompey fan means I can sit back and laugh until a brick comes through my window from a Pompey fan destroying his own city.

| Going by my Saints supporting mates: they hate Portsmouth of course, but they just aren't so pikey about it. I mean, Pompey fans will plumb pretty much any depths of violence, while Saints fans have a healthy hatred within civilised boundaries. imo.

more frustrating having to put with mongos on here should we lose than it being any sort of life altering event.

The local derby (Minga) is between Bayan und Sechzg. As I am fan of Ajax (Amsterdam) and St Pauli (Hamburg) it's not too exciting tbh.

Massive.
The proper derby for us (the potteries derby) plays a massive part in my lifestyle when it comes around, gets me nervous and sleepless. It just means so much and im sure other Vale and Stoke fans will agree.
If we lose im suicidal as i have alot of friends who are stoke fans and get the **** ripped through me but then again ive got a fair few Vale fan mates so it evens out.
Basically its ****ing huge whenever it comes around but almost always ends in a draw. |

Biggest derby in Britain, and it's great going into work when we've won.
