Some of ours I can remember off the top of my head:
Our federal law gives tougher penalties for ecological crimes committed on weekends.
In Pouso Alegre, there are fines for grammar mistakes committed outdoors.
If you break a car window to steal an object inside, it's a heavier crime than to break the car window to steal the car itself.

| Jesus, remind me not to go there!
I'm sure there's one about London cab drivers having to carry a bale of hay in their cab, to feed the horses.
And one that bus drivers can legally urinate by their offside front wheel.
Oh, and I'm sure I remember reading that if you shoot someone with a bow and arrow on a village green on a sunday, it's their fault for getting in the way (As village greens are still officially reserved for archery practice on Sundays).
