just make sure you fill up one bottle/can with pee and when a policeman stops you, give it to him to taste. then he will just let you go. it worked in dumb and dumber.

Legal. However, if you were to get pulled over by the police, I would guarantee a hard time and certainly a breath test.

I don't think it's an issue, but I'm not a policeman either.

AFAIK it is legal. Only the driver has to be sober.

There is no law being broken there, in fact, it's not illegal for the driver (when stationary) to be drinking alcohol.

i always thought it was illegal?, I live in the midlands and was drinking in the back of a minibus full of lads, driving down to newquay for a stag doo, and we were hiding the beer if we saw a copper! - seems pointless now, we couldv just saluted the copper with a bottle, and he couldnt have done anything! hehe
