im thinking of getting back into rugby but one of the reasons why i finished was i couldn't get pumped up for it anymore,so in your chosen sport how do you get pumped up?

I find that I get "pumped up" by actually playing the sport, do you think the fact you can't get "pumped up" for Rugby is that you don't enjoy it and a reason not to play?

Unless "pumped up" means something completely different in rugby?

Victor i get what ya mean but i always found il play better if im listening to music thinking about knocking some guys head off ,
i think i feel out of love with rugby maybe i should just play for fun and itl all come back?
