Morally a bit upsetting that he won the money in the first place, but now that he has there's no reason that she should be able to have a claim on it. Seems like a bit of a gold digger to me.

I don't think it has been confirmed officially yet, but according to some reports I've seen (can't see anything online though) the Law Lords are going to agree to extend the six year limit under certain circumstances. So, she's going to be able to sue him.
