p.s. would it be churlish of me to point out that civil suits can be filed even if the defendant is found not guilty in a criminal case? oh... and that civil suits are notoriously more easy to win that criminal ones?

as much as i despise rapists, i dont think that she should be entitled to anything.
its like a divorce case, you get divorced, split whatever money and that you have with your wife. then say 10 years later you win the lotto, the wife hasnt got a right to any of that, thats how i see this case.
