Funnily enough i've been able to get cm9798 running on windows xp media centre edition but I want to play the game in windowed mode while i browse websites so i downloaded d fend and i just cant get it working. Could anyone tell me something else that will run it? or how i could get it running in windows mode to start with?

start run:

"CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\fm.exe" -small_screen -windowed

basically find the address and add -small_screen -windowed on the end

I very much doubt that will work on cm97/98 Will Smith, those commands only came in with cm4, small_screen certainly.

Sorry I can't remember how to do it on cm2
