As the topic says want to find out which are the best prepaid cards available that does require a bank account to sign up to it. As rule i don't like using my credit card online at all if i can help it. Just me really.
I used to buy all my games online at gameplay using my gameplay card but they have stopped that payment option so i need another.
Basically i am looking for the best prepaid card that does not require a bank account to sign up to it.
