I don't follow European Football too closely, I realize these two teams aren't even in the same league, but I was wondering if there's a chance that they'll play each other anytime soon?

They can play against each other in the Champions League knock-out stage, which starts in February (or March?) next year.

I suppose the EPL team would win that game.

It technically could but it's like saying that Man U or Barcelona could get relegated this season, mathematically it's possible, realistically it isn't.

not really, United didnt even finish 3rd a couple of seasons back and Barca didnt win their group last year.

Irrelevant really, as neither side will lose top spot in their current state.
