I'm not the person to ask!
I spent 4 years doing BSc (Hons) Media Technology in the belief that the changeover to digital broadcasting would require suitably skilled graduates.
It didn't, companies reduced their workforce and retrained their remaining staff.
I graduated and ended up working in a factory for £11k pa, whereas four years earlier without a degree I had been earning £12k pa!
I returned home where I'm now a fisherman.
S*d's Law: companies are recruiting graduates like me these days - but I would have to relocate for such an opportunity, and unfortunatley I graduated 6 years ago so haven't really got a clue what's going on in the industry any more.
Still have £10k Student Loan to pay too
