Default UK about to get worst flooding since 1953
So says the BBC, apparently the winds and tides are about to play havoc in the East of England. I've been looking at the environment agency website as to whether my house is at risk, and for the same area it says i'm either on "flood watch status" or that there is no risk.

Nice and clear advice there.

what sort of accent does someone from norfolk have? is it possible they would sound somewhat geordieish?

Today at work around 3pm-ish we had a monsoon of rain, groundworkers just packed off and went. Mental, i'm kinda east of england as well (working in kettering, northamptonshire)

Yeah my step dad is a disaster response specialist for the fire service, hes been put on 24 hour call along with the rest of the Leicestershire team just incase this does get really bad.
