Used to be nearly 150GB till my external HD died and i hadnt backed it up.
Now its only about 80GB

I've got around 500ish CDs, couple hundred vinyls - I have no idea what that is in gb.

I've filled my iPod Nano pretty much. Only started buying CDs rather than downloading albums (legally ofc) recently. Collection probably stands at about 50 CDs atm  Lame.
Pretty much constantly adding to it though now.

iTunes says 15159 tracks.
But I've only just started ripping my classical cds and have an entire box of britpop in the cellar that I haven't touched yet.
I worked out about a year ago that I'd've paid off my mortgage by then if I'd never bought any music.

I lost half my music collection earlier this year when I had to reformat my pc and hadn't been able to back it up. Fortunately it's now all backed up and now I'm just waiting for my new pc.

I had a walk-in closet stacked above head height with records and cassettes.
I never bothered to count them!
I now have a 320-CD unit that's overflowed, and a few random stacks scattered around the house.

i've about 1600 LPs, and about another 1200 CDs (all albums).
i have an 80gb iPod but only put about 4gb of stuff on it so far.
too much wrk involved with the vinyl stuff, including track separation, writing/typing down all the track listings and getting album art. as well as cleaning the record in the first place and cleaning up the sound.
baaahhh pointless mutterings...
