Default Who do Amazon use as its "Super Saver Delivery carrier" ?

Ordered this two weeks ago now i used the free delivery thing because i wasnt in a rush for it. Item was apparantly dispatched on 1st Nov yet still no sign of it.

It was apparantly send via "a Super Saver Delivery carrier" whatever one of those is. Think this is the first time i've used free delivery, surely it doesnt always take this long

In the States the super saved delivery can take up to around 10 business days i think.

Not usually, had mine in 3-4 days in the past. Probably still a backlog due to postal strikes.

TBF the delivery estimate on the item was 3rd - 8th Nov, i'm just getting inpatient now.

I'll give them to Saturday then e-mail them

I can't remember who it is actually, but they are absolutely terrible batch. I'll never use Amazon Super Saver Delivery again

Actually, wiat....it's Home Delivery Network I think.

Don't they use Home Delivery Network for the free deliveries?

Yes, it's Home Delivery Network and they are rubbish compared to ParcelForce.

Having said that, the last three items they've delivered to me have been pretty quick.

Oh and they're using Home Delivery Network for their non-free delivery too now (not always though).

I had a parcel delivered a couple weeks ago when I wasn't at home. The person who delivered it dumped the parcel in the wheely bin with all the rubbish and stuck a note through the door letting me know. The parcel stank afterwards.
