I haven't got a ticket so I agreed to work STUPIDLY. Really quite quite annoyed about this.
Slightly mitigated by the Irish girl that I see at home games who will doubtless help me get over missing the game.

We've got a tough few games coming up afterwards - Liverpool, Blackburn and Arsenal. Going into them on the back of a derby loss won't be great.
Possibly part of the problem is that Fat Sam is perhaps the last link left to the old regime. The problems that they caused are still being felt, which perhaps makes the manager a target for frustration.
The club seems to have been stuck in a transitional stage since the sacking of SBR which is a long time. Patience is needed of course, but perhaps some are concerned that Fat Sam isn't up to the job.

| I think you'll find that mackems have spent a lot more time than us outside the top division, during that time. :p

How can Fat Sam not be up to the job when he managed pretty well with a relegation standard Bolton team?
