Average league positions.
I was a bit bored this morning and being a bit of a statto I got to wondering how the league table would look if it was based on a teams average league position over the last 10 years. Having worked it out I thought I would post it for all to see as it could make for some interesting discussion points.

I think they're the sum of the teams' league positions. So if a team comes second in each of the 10 years, the number will be 20.

The numbers represent the sum total of the clubs league positions over the last ten years.

I can guaranteee torquay would be higher on the list than the bottom 4 at least.
Should have done it for clubs that have been league teams for a significant while recently aswell. although it doesnt really matter
Good work

Charlton 11th. Thought we'd be a bit lower than that.

Cheltenham 75th
Now that shows how far we've come in 10 years! Especially as 10 years ago this season we were finishing 2nd in the Vauxhall Conference to Halifax after being promoted from the Southern Premier the season prior.
Can't think of any other team that went won 3 promotions in 6 years either.
