Anyone with abit of legal knowledge know if they really can do this. i know their T&C state if your arent eligable for the discount you cant have it, but can they claim the money back months after the transaction took place?

Do you really think Littlewoods would do this without consulting their lawyers? Lawyers who, might I add, are more qualified than the average OTF A Level Law student.

Many shops try and do you out of your rights to return faulty goods. Try and take a 360 for example back after 12 months saying you want it replaced and they tell you they wont, even though legally they have to.

Well I don't profess to know the details but I'm sure they're not legally bound to give anyone who wants a new 360. There will be other T&Cs, like having it sent away to be fixed, or whatever.

Well yeah they have to sort it - either by replacement, repair etc but its their responsiblity to arrange such a thing. Game for example wont tho until you point out the Sales of Goods Act to them, and then suddenly they are more than happy to help.
