Because you now owe them £25 and if you don't pay it's a black mark against your name plus they could theoretically sell your debt on.

Surely the clothes could develop a fault and then be sent back though ?

May last year they took out £64 and paid back in £40. No idea since then though/

Just checked my littlewoods account & haven't ordered anything from them in last 6 months so can't have used the voucher so that's a relief :thup:

utterly unbelievable, can't believe it's legal, as said hopefully the bad publicity will hurt them in the long run, I won't be buying anything from them, unfortunately I wouldn't have anyway so it won't make a difference. I always wondered how they managed to sell products with those prices, now I know how.
