we can't really complain about kapo, definitely has talent, and he's scoring goals. Probably the most composed player with the ball at his feet, that we have.
I always look at derbys with Aston Villa positively, dunno why. Two things I want to see in the match, some finishing ability and then some finishing ability. finishing ability!

McSheffrey was really the main man at Brum and now totally on the outs. He didnt look so hot beginning of the season. What's the feeling at Brum, he's generally not good enough at this level ?

Did you play 1 up against Wigan? Id be surprised if you played 4-5-1 against us, especially at home.

Villa seem ok this season, certainly good enough to beat poor teams like us.
Obviously not seen us play lately then. We were beyong abysmal against Leicester (though admittedly with a lot of changes), fluked a 4-1 lead at Spurs before giving them 3 goals. A better team than West Ham would have scored twice in the second half of that game, we were good against United for about half an hour before gifting them 3 goals (again). The first half at Bolton was dreadful, second marginally better. Ditto Derby last week.
Dont for one second think we'd not find a way to play like schoolboys.

Last two games we've conceded to a long ball over the top of the defence which has pushed tooo far up, which would be suicidal against your attack and with our slow defence.
well now if you wanted to try that again then that'd just be lovely.
We'll lose.

he just seems to be really out of form since january time, and with bruce playing 2 stoppers/defensive mids in the centre every match means we have 4 creative/comfortable on the ball players for the wide positions (kapo, larsson, palacios, mcsheff)
he started the first few games with kapo on the right, but he's more of a forward and so offered the left back (an at the time shocking quedrue) no support, and against the better quality full backs in the prem, we were in trouble. he also did poorly in those games and i think his confidence has taken a major knock, and bruce doesn't seem to be the best man manager ever to be honest, once a player goes on a downer, they struggle to come back up

Tbh vilers, if you help put another nail in the tactics-kings coffin, then I might have to thank you.
4-5-1 at home on Sunday and as soon as we have finished singing sheet on the villa, there will be chants of 4-4-2, 4-4-2, 4-4-2 just like against Wigan again no doubt.
But brucie to change it only AFTER we go a goal down.
