Well I don't know if the Police are antagonising the situation there but the ultras are first and foremost at fault.
It's easy to blame the police.

If you suspend the football, the ultras will attack whoever gave that. Best thing to do is not let them in and around the stadiums.

Quite surprised at the Ultra solidarity between the other clubs.
The Lazio ultras are gonna love facing up to the police now, remember reading when the policeman in Catania got killed, some Ultras responded saying that was revenge for the kid that got killed during the G8 riots in Genoa a few years back.

Some would tbh, still not going to get into the stadium if it is properly secured. Something like that needs to be done.

According to C4, there's a plan to forbid all fans from travelling. So, they can watch only home games.
