Default Babies

So the other half thinks it's time we have a baby, been together for 5 years, living 1 and a half together.

What the general thought about babies? pref from people who have them, they smell I know....they keep you awake....and it's funny when they vomit on people.

I have 2 baby sisters... Which scream a lot.

Guess its much different when they're your own though.

The parents thread is around somewhere, try searching.

Judging by the infantile nature of your questioning you’d do best to tie a knot in it for the foreseeable.

Pretty much an outdated concept. There's no need to raise a workforce to work your land like there was historically and rampant overpopulation and certainly in the UK healthy immigration means there is simply no need.

Pets are less demanding and more fun.

Are you trying to say it's not funny when they vomit on people?

i jokingly suggested to my girlfriend that if we ever do have kids we should call one "Aston".

She loves the name and insists it'll be the name of a boy, if we have one

Go for it and try for one if you are really certain.

If you *think* it would be a good idea to have a baby and you are both mature enough to handle the responsibilities, then stop using protection and see what happens.

If one or both of you are unsure, too immature or really have no idea, then don't even think about it.
