Romania (pfft, nobody mentioning it, the only reason to travel to Romania. just ask the italians)
Russia
Czech Rep
Sweden
and possibly Japan but i haven't been there yet but i have a weak side for asian girls and the japanese girls i met so far (some in Bucharest, Germany and Istanbul) have been damn cute.

Most American chicks i've met are pretty hot. Of course they're in that percentile that actually has a Passport and has traveled outside their home county.
London wasn't that bad, saw a few lookers on the tube whilst heading between the tourist spots.
