I'd have to say Russia. It was a schooltrip two years ago, and when visiting a school overthere I was shocked. Hundreds of girls in uniforms, damn. Lots of pretty women on the street too.
It was a country of extremes though, having seen some of the ugliest women ever in my life over there.
