Yeah there is unfinished business with pretty much every character other than C-Note who I assume isn't coming back. Don't actually know whether that is the case but his story is pretty much done surely?

I think the actor is on another show now, but the creator didn't "rule" it out - but it seems they needed someone to get out of the Fox River escapees and C-Note was it

Makes sense really, he was never key to the main plot in any way, despite being a prominent character.
